In his first State of the Union address the President echoed our Nation's response to the events of September 11. Ours was a bold response of undaunted courage and spirit - itself a victory over tyranny.  To commemorate our victory, Chelsea commissioned a bold design inspired by "NIKE" the Greek goddess of Victory. This famous statue at the Louvre in Paris has inspired millions as an image of Victory captured for eternity.  The Winged Victory Clock from Chelsea has captured that image. Only one thousand pieces created. This impressive timepiece stands over nine inches high, is fourteen inches wide with a six-inch dial diameter.

The precision timekeeping movement chimes a distinctive tone on the hour and half hour. It can be silenced at night. The clock's face was handcrafted in brass using an entirely new process - a combination of die striking, acid etching, enameling, silvering and polishing.

Roman numerals and victory design are raised. Base is solid American walnut. Case is thick forged brass. Bezel is hinged. Each timepiece is numbered an registered and comes in a presentation gift box custom designed by Chelsea.
